Questions
- How does hourly billing work?
- Each started hour is charged from your balance. When you delete the server, billing stops. Hourly charges never exceed the plan's monthly price in a calendar month.
- How is traffic billed?
- Plans have no fixed allowance. Each server's outbound traffic is metered and charged hourly from your balance at HK$0.482 per TB (HK$0.156 per Mbps for a month). Inbound traffic is free.
- What if my balance runs out?
- The server is suspended and you get a notice. Top up within 72 hours and it comes back; otherwise it is deleted.
- Can I pay monthly online without a balance?
- Yes. Monthly servers can be paid once through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and more), or from your balance with optional auto-renewal.
- Do stopped servers cost money?
- Yes. A stopped server keeps its disk and IP address, so it is billed until you delete it.
